The scope of this notice

Heirvia is a business in development. It is not currently a licensed insurer or insurance intermediary. This website provides information and an initial enquiry route; it does not provide insurance applications, custody accounts or financial transactions.

Before any substantive client engagement, we will identify the responsible legal entity, the service scope and the privacy information that applies to that engagement. Any insurer, intermediary or custody provider would also explain its own handling of your information.

What you choose to share

If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your email, such as your name, email address, enquiry topic and message, together with subsequent correspondence.

The website form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not send information to a website database. You can review, change or discard the draft before choosing to send it.

Please keep initial enquiries brief. Do not send private keys, recovery phrases, medical records, identity documents or detailed financial records. No wallet connection is needed.

How we use enquiry information

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange relevant discussions.
• To keep a record of the conversation and any follow-up you request.
• To meet applicable legal obligations and address misuse or security issues.

We do not sell enquiry information. We will ask for your consent before introducing you to a prospective professional provider or sharing your enquiry for that purpose. A future service requiring sensitive information would need a separately explained, appropriate collection process.

Website and email providers

Cloudflare hosts this website and forwards messages addressed to hello@heirvia.com to the Gmail inbox used to handle enquiries. Google provides that inbox. These providers may process messages and technical records, such as IP addresses and delivery information, to operate and secure their services.

We do not add advertising trackers, analytics tools, marketing cookies or wallet connections to this website. Fonts and images are served with the site.

Hosting and email processing may take place outside Hong Kong, depending on the providers' infrastructure. You can read more in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

Keeping information safe

This website uses HTTPS. We avoid collecting sensitive documents or wallet credentials through the initial enquiry route. Ordinary email should not be used to share private keys or other highly sensitive information; HTTPS on the website does not make an email conversation end-to-end encrypted.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as reasonably needed for the discussion, related follow-up and applicable record-keeping obligations. This website notice does not represent the security or privacy arrangements of a future insurance product.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to stop following up, correct enquiry information, or consider a request for access or deletion, subject to applicable law and necessary records. Contact hello@heirvia.com with the subject “Privacy enquiry”. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; we will not ask for wallet keys or recovery phrases.
